That we are now applying ZERO VOC OSMO Professional Oil Finish. It's the same durable finish as the Polyx Oil, but without any solvent!. Here Wayne is applying a first coat. No smell!

This is truely a earth friendly green product for floor finishing.

LeBlanc Floors is the first in North America to use this fantastic new product.

Well, I waited 3 or 4 weeks for the finish to harden as you recommended, then took a crack at painting the risers white as Wayne
had suggested. It looks great, and I am really enjoying the floor.
